He hasn't tried 'em yet. I want to get one of those huge pads of paper so he can color a little more safely on the floor.

I love these! We made them with a heart shaped silicone ice cube tray (T*rget-$2.50)for my daughters Valentine Party at school. I attached them to heart shaped foam "valentine's" and wrote little sayings like "You color my world" and "You make my heart melt". Can't take full credit though, got the idea from a parenting magazine! They were easy and turned out GREAT!!! Plus, you get a Valentine you can actually use and it's not more candy!;)

FYI: When my little artist wants to color on the floor, I put down a throw blanket or a "cheapie" $3 WallyWorld flat sheet! Works great under an easel for semi-worry free painting and under a table for playdoh time! Simply grab each corner and pull it up into a knapsack sort of contraption and toss it right in the washing machine!

Sorry to be so long! Just my tips!:)
