I'm sorry to say that this week I haven't done anything to post about in a Not Me Monday.
For example, I didn't have to clean up a full cup of chocolate milk from the living room floor just because I was too lazy to get up off of the couch to see if there was any in there when Jakob grabbed it off of the kitchen table.
Nope Not Me. That would be ridiculous. Plus, I am never lazy. Ahem.
This afternoon, I did not let Jakob play with the broom and the swiffer. I mean really, he could hurt something or someone playing with those...
And I certainly did not say, "Well might as well throw a cleaning sheet on that swiffer, and make sure you get behind daddy's chair to the right." as he pushed the swiffer around. Nope. Not me. I mean I just said I didn't let him play with it, right?
And I certainly didn't call my mom and explain how my comment about Small Fry's picture ended up on MckMama's site. I mean how silly would that be. My mom doesn't even read MckMama's blog...shoot she doesn't even read MY blog. So why would I call my mom just to tell her about that?
And I certainly didn't call my husband over to my laptop and show him the page with the link to MY BLOG on THE MCKMAMA's blog. And of course he understood how absolutely awesome it was that I made it onto her blog. I mean what husband wouldn't? *wink*
I also did NOT accidentally click on "publish post" instead of "hide preview" when I was proofing my post, so that my NOT ME MONDAY was posted on Sunday night instead of Monday morning. Nope, not me. I NEVER make rash clicking mistakes like that. Uh-uh. NEVER.
So I'm sorry to disappoint those of you who wanted to read a Not Me Monday. I just didn't do anything that I could write about.
Sorry. Maybe next time.
Here's a cute picture of Jakob with our new puppy Jasmine just to hold you until then:
Ok, I threw in two pictures. I'm nice like that.
Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

Okay, so I have totally NOT let my Peanut "sweep" my floor too. We are such good parents and would never resort to child labor like that. Right?
That is definitely one cute little sweeper!
LOL at Jacob covered in milk! And love that you put him to work with that swiffer. My little Beast loves to play with the swiffer too, next time I'm stealing your idea and putting the sheet on their. I'll even move the furniture out of his way, LOL! Oh, and I didn't see your comment on small fry's hilarious photo. I'll have to go over there now and look. BTW, did you ever look at the edit I tried on your fix it friday photo? I'm going to delete the post from my blog, but wanted to make sure you saw it first.
Oops. Here's the link to that edit: http://2under2whew.blogspot.com/2009/04/constructive-feedback-lean-and-green.html
